Job Summary:

Are you organized, motivated, and forward-thinking? SelectQuote is looking for a Senior Manager of Go to Market to support our rapid growth. This position plays a pivotal role in partnering with business owners, IT and executive leadership to design, develop and implement new products and technologies. This role challenges the process status quo and drives business capabilities to unlock value.

This position works with internal stakeholders manage the project pipeline and establish priority. This role will lead a team responsible for partnering with the business to define project requirements, partner with IT on development and communicate status updates with internal stakeholders, including “C” level leadership

Essential Functions:

  • Partner with leadership to define and monitor strategic pipeline
  • Partner with business units, functional leaders, & IT partners to guide, advise, and align on future state processes &, enabling transformation initiatives
  • Partner with business to generate requirements and workflow to IT to enable strategies
  • Provide project management oversight with an array of stakeholders to meet objectives across all SelectQuote divisions
  • Partner with Sales, IT, Marketing, and business leaders to establish buy-in and collaborate in order to achieve goals
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, execute against those opportunities, and successfully realize quantifiable benefits

Training and Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressive management experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in an operational discipline (management, marketing, program management)
