The Quality Assurance Automation Analyst I will be responsible for developing information systems by designing, developing and installing software solutions that automate the testing process for the Quality Assurance. The Quality Assurance Automation Analyst will be responsible for developing and training additional QA resources to create Automation scripts. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent research capability, communications skills and a strong desire to improve and iterate on current and future project builds. This roll will have significant responsibility in working closely with marketing, workforce, sales, and various other departments throughout the company.

Essential Functions:

  • Create Automation scripts for the development, UAT and Production environments Manage day to day operations surrounding upgrades to the automation of test cases, assisting in the development of support
  • Assist in the development of building reporting around Automation and efficiency
  • Ability to Integrate Automation Script with a Test Management Software
  • Assist with integration automation scripts into production and development environments
  • Design and develop automation solutions directly from business specifications and
  • requirements. Self-sufficiency during development phases is required, using other senior
  • developers or architects to validate and peer review code
  • Work with Quality Assurance Manager to develop roadmap for automation
  • Document Process and Procedure and create training materials for the team on ways to
  • create automation
  • Train the existing Quality Assurance team on how to create automation, help identify a
  • program for teaching the rest of the Quality Assurance team
  • Assist with manual testing
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with business line stakeholder(s) and vendor
  • partners on the technical solution development activities and deliverables


  • 1-2 years experience in Test Automation
  • Experience creating and implementing SQL
  • Experience using a source code Management tool as Git or Bitbucket
  • Ability to be productive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with changing priorities
  • Experience with Selenium, Puppeteer and other automation technologies
  • Experience maintaining documentation on automation modifications and updates
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Program Experience writing in Java, Java Script, Node, etc
  • Moderate knowledge of infrastructure solutions and topology
  • Strong organization skills and attention to details
  • Degree in an IT related field (or equivalent work experience
