Job Summary:

The Sales Development Associate Supervisor will be responsible for general team administration, which includes, but is not limited to overseeing hiring, onboarding, performance, personnel communication and team supervision of Sales Development Associate cross functionally.

Essential Functions:

  • Hiring: Interviewing & Administration(interviewing, tracking candidate progress, communication with HR)
  • Onboarding & Ongoing IT Infrastructure: (employee start, proper set-up internally)
  • Performance: Overall performance of the SDA team (attendance, adherence, coaching, scheduling, performance improvement, etc.)
  • Personnel Communication: (reporting, team news, etc.)
  • Keep all SDAs on track for individual goals of transfer rates, contact to transfer rates, Performance Indices and activity levels
  • Conduct interviews/screenings for new SDA employees
  • Co-Facilitates onboard/New & continued educational training for all Sales Development Associates
  • Works with Manager to build and improve upon global metrics and KPI’s
  • Serve as Coach, create coaching plans for SDA members to follow, track progress and provide write ups of conversations/discussions held during bi-weekly sessions
  • Maintains corrective action tracking for production, attendance, compliance, etc. for all SDAs
  • Assists in delivery of Performance Improvement Plans
  • Creates an atmosphere of collaboration with 3 divisions/all SDAs

Training and Experiences

  • High school degree required and College degree a plus
  • Call center/sales center experience a plus
  • Some entry level general management a plus
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience required
