Job Summary:

The Training Manager, Sales Fulfillment is responsible for all new agent and ongoing training planning, content development, and delivery for our Ancillary Sales, Enrollment and Customer Care Teams. The Training Manager is responsible for meeting the companies’ sales revenue goals and objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction. The Training Manager will work closely with the Manager(s) of Agent Development, Trainers, and Sales Management teams across all regions. In addition, the position works on developing, updating, and refining sales scripts and techniques, continued development of training materials, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are adhered to. The Sales Fulfillment Training Manager also supervises a team of Training Coordinators.

Essential Functions:
  • Develop and improve new hire training plan and materials, including handbooks, lesson plans, handouts, and schedules.
  • Meet the companies’ sales revenue goals and objectives for training classes.
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction and promote long-term relationship building and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and encourage company culture, team building and employee career development through coaching, mentoring and leadership.
  • Work closely with the Sales Managers, Directors, and trainers in the development and implementation of effective sales scripts, sales techniques and workflow processes.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are consistently adhered to.
  • Coordinate training schedules for all speakers/trainers/guests involved.
  • Create, administer and asses tests and other agent evaluation criteria
  • Participate in agent evaluations, coaching and discipline
  • Manage team of training coordinators

Training and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Bachelor degree preferred.
