The Marketing Analyst role is responsible for the execution of all reporting needs for a rapidly growing marketing team for SelectQuote. As a Marketing Analyst for SelectQuote, you will work closely with both internal marketing team members along with members of other departments to develop and analyze metrics that will be used to hit performance targets for a multi-million dollar annual marketing budget. This is a high impact, data driven role in which analysis will drive company decisions.


  • Develop detailed, quantitative analysis work associated with developing meaningful insights to business performance
  • Analyze reporting metrics and provide recommendations on opportunities to optimize and improve performance
  • Provide analysis for strategic initiatives through modeling and sensitivity tool usage
  • Provide variance, contribution and impact analyses of lead generation, cost, revenue and contribution margin
  • Analyze and provide recommendations for business and data processes
  • Develop and generate regular reporting related to campaign front and back end performance, landing page testing, ad copy testing, website analytics, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing team members to develop ad hoc reporting as needed to ensure each team has the data needed to hit KPI targets
  • Collaborate with members of Sales, Business Intelligence, Finance and Data Science departments
  • Standardize and maintain metrics within the cube, tableau and other reporting interfaces

Training and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a technical related area
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in SQL or aptitude to become proficient quickly with training
