Job Summary:

This position involves extensive telephone and written communication with our client’s doctor offices & medical facilities as well as APS vendors to assist with expediting the process of obtaining clients medical records for Life insurance purposes.

Essential Functions:

  • Calling APS vendors & Medical Facilities to aggressively follow-up on requests for medical records.
  • Accurately updating/documenting case with APS information.
  • Collaborating with Case Specialists/Agents & Co Rep to resolve problems and delays that results from the request for the medical records.
