We are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! The Recruiter will support our strategic recruiting goals and communicate our brand and growth story to the external candidate community. Essential Functions:

  • Identify sources of active and passive candidates including advertising, social media, direct contact, employee referrals, resume database searches and job fairs
  • Work with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies, including social media and employee referrals
  • Screen candidates for candidate background, education, skills, and fit with the company against job requirements
  • Participate in and attend job fairs, networking events as a means to develop a strong pipeline of candidates and to effectively meet high volume hiring quotas and business initiatives
  • Establish company as a recognizable, employer of choice and develop reputation of company in local communities
  • Ensure candidates are moved through the hiring process in a timely manner
  • Create, present and close offers with an aggressive close ratio
  • All other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong internet research and social media skills required
  • Proven success identifying creative sources, and attracting passive job seekers
  • Strong communication, organizational and assessment skills
  • Understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and ability to build relationships with hiring managers
  • Ability to hit aggressive quotas in a self-driven environment
  • Ability to adapt to a new and changing work environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently with minimal supervision
  • Fast learner who is career minded and seeks additional responsibility as earned

Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of successful high volume recruiting/inside sales experience required
  • Experience using an ATS (BreezyHR is preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office & G Suite
