Job Summary:

At Inside Response, Account Managers are responsible for the development and maintenance of relationships with all new and existing clients. The objective of this role is to assist with operations, analysis, and campaign optimization to grow accounts in a manner that is in line with client performance goals, while maximizing profitability for Inside Response. You will work closely with internal marketing team members as well as members of other departments to develop and analyze metrics that will be used to hit performance targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Account & Performance Management: Maintain regular contact with all accounts, providing performance and strategy updates; manage expectations and field all technical, compliance, and operational questions; identify growth opportunities and execute initiatives; analyze publisher performance and collaborate with internal departments to strategically recommend appropriate actions that meet or exceed the client’s target cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Margin Management: Manage client performance KPI’s while achieving Inside Response’s financial objectives.
  • Reporting: Build and maintain critical performance reports, utilizing tools such as Excel and Qlik, to ensure that we are making progress toward KPI goals.
  • Compliance Maintenance: Ensure that clients comply with internal policies, publisher agreements, laws governing TCPA and continue to provide quality services.
  • Knowledge of Services: Maintain an active knowledge of all facets of the Inside Response business, including services, pricing, performance statistics, and competitive landscape

Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing or Business Administration or 4+ years of related experience
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing.
  • Familiar with digital lead generation industry preferred. Insurance-specific experience a plus.
