Job Summary:

SelectRX is a high touch, technology-driven specialized medication management pharmacy. We engage virtually with patients to ensure accurate prescription records are maintained in order to achieve improved prescription drug adherence. SelectRX does this by providing a personalized clinical approach driven by a robust technology platform to track adherence with a world-class pharmaceutical packing and distribution facility.

The Pharmacy Billing Manager is responsible for accurate and timely collection, posting, and billing of pharmacy revenue. The manager will address customers' questions and concerns.

Essential Functions:

  • Manages daily workflow of billing specialists and assigns daily tasks
  • Oversees daily billing activity to ensure proper procedures and processes
  • Verify and reconcile all pharmacy deposits
  • Spot errors and follow procedures.
  • Processes claim rejections accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Validate revenue reports for accuracy
  • Always maintains confidentiality in dealing with all clients and company information. Does not inappropriately access, listen to, or distribute any sensitive information or allow others to do so.
  • Provide support and continued training to billing specialists


  • Ensures that trainees acquire the knowledge and skill to perform daily tasks.
  • Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists employees in solving work problems.
  • Advises management on problems relating to billing.
  • Encourages, enables, empowers, and equips billing staff.

Training & Experience:

  • 2+ years management experience
  • Background in Pharmacy or Healthcare
  • Associate degree required / Bachelor degree preferred
