Job Summary:
The Senior Investor Relations & Consumer Experience Analytics Professional will work directly with SelectQuote’s CEO, CFO, Chief Accounting Officer, General Counsel, and Chief Communications Officer to manage all company Investor Relations activities including earnings releases, press releases, investor meetings, conferences, and associate town hall meetings. This role will also lead analytical efforts aimed at optimizing the SelectQuote consumer experiencing and maximizing the profitability of each customer interaction. This role reports to the Chief Communications Officer.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Management of quarterly earnings cycles including the development of earnings slides, prepared remarks, and press releases along with scheduling of sell side and buyside meetings post-release
  • Assist in development of investor relations strategy and investor outreach efforts
  • Participation in investor education 1:1 meetings with sell side analysts and buyside investors
  • Gather input and feedback on various earnings-related topics as well as conducting ad hoc analysis and report building to support Investor Relations efforts
  • Lead analytical efforts that will inform strategy development associated with optimizing the consumer experience as well as maximizing profitability at various touchpoints
  • Work cross-functionally with subject-matter experts from across the company

  • Strong analytical skills – must be able to understand KPIs and use data to identify issues and make decisions

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a proven track record of managing to tight deadlines
  • Excellent executive presence as this role will have significant C-suite interaction

  • Demonstrated leadership skills to drive optimal business performance

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in an analytical discipline such as finance or data analytics or related experience
  • SQL, database, and report development experience strongly preferred
  • Understanding of capital markets and public-company earnings cycles preferred
  • Proven experience as both a player and a coach – ability to execute while also leading and influencing others
  • Progressive experience in roles demanding analytical rigor and discipline

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
