Job Summary:

This position is responsible for supervising and coaching a team of Sales Agents. The Sales Manager is responsible for meeting the company’s sales revenue goals and objectives for this group, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing sales scripts and techniques, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are adhered to. This position also participates in new Agent training.

Essential Functions:

  • Meet company sales revenue goals and objectives.
  • Consistent monitoring of agents’ sales calls in order to identify training needs and provide regular coaching.
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction and promote long-term relationship building and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and encourage team building and employee career development through coaching, mentoring and leadership.
  • Work closely with both the Sales Manager and trainers in the development and implementation of effective sales scripts, sales techniques and workflow processes.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are consistently adhered to.
  • Participate in New Agent Training by teaching classes and providing sales coaching.

Training and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Must have AEP sales management or ADS training experience with SQS
  • Internal candidates must not be on any corrective actions
  • Current life & health license required
