Job Summary:

As a CCA Strategic Operations Manager, you will be depended upon to define and execute Client Campaign Set Up and ongoing management. You will be responsible for successful Technology Integration and Systems Management, as well as System and Process Improvement. You will be need to understand the SelectQuote Senior business and define strategies to drive data-driven performance in the space.

Essential Functions:

Develop and Set Up Campaigns

  • Define and manage internal workflow, develop scripting, and execute reporting to ensure client campaigns are prepped in a manner that allows for a smooth and cohesive launch

Manage Campaigns

  • Partner with Operations and CCA teams to drive and report on campaign KPIs
  • Develop solutions to meet Client and Operations needs
  • Matrix manage business development, sales, vendor management, technology resource management, and data analysis functions

Technology Integration Management

  • Develop testing plan and execute testing of client, vendor, and other third-party integrations
  • Respond and collaborate on solutions to client/partner needs
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to eliminate data loss related to live integrations

Manage and Improve Systems

  • Drive resolution for troubleshooting items from CCA center running internal application
  • Seek out opportunities to improve the features and use of internal and third-party systems
  • Support the operations team in management of the dialing system to maximize results
  • Load and manage phone system lists in a manner that ensures efficiency and effectiveness of onboarding & retention campaigns
  • Recommend agent skills and turn on as appropriate in applicable systems
  • Improve data consistency throughout systems
  • Understand and fluently communicate key fields and metrics in the business database tables and systems

Business Analysis and Strategy

  • Deliver thought leadership on strategies and tactics to drive performance based on metric-driven reasoning and detailed analysis

Training & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 year of experience required, 3-5 preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Flexible with roles and responsibilities as position evolves, willingness to embrace change
  • Desire to continually learn and grow
  • Data driven and proficient with Microsoft Excel and SQL
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement in business process and business results
