Job Summary:

SelectQuote is looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team in Kansas. The Operations Analysts is a key member of the organization, with exposure to all parts of the business unit. This roll works closely with departmental managers to analyze performance and maximize return on investment. Other responsibilities include process support, analytics based decision making, data management and project implementation.

This is data driven role in which analysis will drive company decisions, and provide the opportunity to have an immediate impact on the business’ performance.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop detailed, quantitative analysis associated with developing meaningful insights to business performance
  • Identify workflow/system improvements and present solutions to management team.
  • Provide analysis of strategic initiatives to help determine the efficacy of new and existing programs
  • Develop clear and concise communication to senior management supporting findings and recommendations
  • Ability to evaluate unit and aggregate economics of channels and recommend changes to current optimization strategy
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop ad hoc reporting as needed to ensure each team has the data needed to hit KPI targets
  • Collaborate with members of Sales, Finance, Operations and Marketing departments
  • Serve as subject matter expert for the division’s weekly/monthly reporting metrics and communicate results effectively to senior management
  • Become familiar with customer relationship software (SelectCARE and ARC)

Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Analytics or related experience
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in SQL or aptitude to become proficient quickly with training
