Supports HR in administrative duties including I-9 verifications.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure new hire paperwork is completed
  • Complete employer portion of I-9s
  • Follow-up with employees as necessary for outstanding I-9s

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Internet Savvy
  • Ability to handle confidential paperwork with discretion
  • Strong multi-tasker
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to deliver and maintain high service level

Training and Experience:

  • GED or High School Diploma; College degree preferred
  • Knowledge of UltiPro a plus
  • Experience completing I-9s
