Job Summary:

The Workforce Operations Manager supports the Senior business by managing the strategy and operations of the Sales department. This position needs to be able to interact with other departments effectively. The Workforce Operations Manager oversees key workforce initiatives such as scheduling optimization, forecasting staffing needs, reporting accuracy and maximizing workforce efficiency. This role drives key performance indicators set forth, oversees process management and finds operational efficiencies, amd collaborates with department leaders to implement workforce programs and projects.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create hourly, daily and monthly staffing plans for CCA and enrollment agents
  • Responsible for managing overtime spend through partnership with department leadership
  • Proactive identification of opportunities for improvements in staffing and service level KPIs
  • Proactive analysis of licensing portfolios to identify current or future needs of the agent base
  • Participate with Senior leaders to help develop annual workforce management project roadmap, project plans and requirements
  • Maintain effective relationships with sales and CCA leadership teams to inform and make recommendations
  • Communicate effectively across working teams and leaders of the organization

Education and Experience:
