SelectQuote is seeking to hire a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst dedicated to Consumer Lifecycle Marketing where they will perform tasks that range from strategy and sales operations to technology and project management. You will work with key stakeholders to analyze consumer behavior and performance trends that will be used to implement processes aimed at improving KPIs, in addition to providing in-depth analytical support on ad hoc and ongoing request.

Essential Functions:

  • Creation of targeted marketing strategies in partnership with dedicated targeted marketing manager, either realtime automated campaigns based on sales agent behavior or specific drop campaigns
  • Responsible for the execution of newly formed marketing strategies through technology enablement within homegrown CRM application and various other platforms
  • Develop sound understanding of business processes and how those are visualized and integrated within SelectQuote’s technology stack
  • Project management of lead enrichment data by bringing in 3rd party source data, so SelectQuote can better target consumers
  • Execute on change management throughout the sales organization as it relates to the roll-out of new targeted marketing campaigns (Road-Shows)
  • Create & establish agent best practices pertaining to rep processes involving call dispositions through more intuitive technology (creation of requirements for developers) and through the creation of agent quality scores based expected behavior that aligns to strategies vs. a standard deviation
  • Participate and lead in setting project objectives and scope with upper level management
  • Structuring and solving problems from beginning to end
  • Developing conclusions and recommendations
  • Produce and present clear presentations for senior management regarding projects and tasks
  • Lead cross-functional teams focused on specific work streams of large projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university with strong undergraduate track record
  • Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience within operations, manufacturing, or finance
  • A passion for learning and exploring new concepts
  • Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
  • High level of self-motivation; ability to operate and accomplish goals independently and within a team oriented environment
  • Strong oral and written skills, presentation skills and MS Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency  Detail oriented aptitude

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstration of consistent career progression with increasing levels of responsibility; performed above expectations in professional roles
  • Experience in consulting, lean operations management, or marketing a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL a plus

Travel Requirements:

  • Ad-Hoc travel for specific projects at regional locations (San Francisco, Denver, Jacksonville)
