The Recruiting Marketing Manager will play a critical role to help promote our company as a great place to work. As the marketing lead for the recruiting team you will report to the Vice President of Recruiting and manage all the department marketing activities and coordination with the SelectQuote Corporate marketing team.

The responsibilities of this role include creating brand awareness by managing online and offline communities to promote our company and open roles, crafting targeted job descriptions and managing job fairs and events for various candidate groups in multiple markets. To be successful, this individual will need exceptional writing, organization, time-management and interpersonal communication skills and a familiarity with recruiting marketing techniques. Ultimately, this individual will help us establish a strong employer brand and attract top talent.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate and promote content that attracts top employees

• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to create ideal candidate profile targets

• Manage and develop our careers page and social media accounts with multimedia, informational and creative content and employee testimonials

• Craft job descriptions that describe our benefits and company culture

• Share, manage and track job ads on various online channels including job boards, social media groups, and professional organizations

• Manage recruiting advertising budget and return on investment

• Manage, host and participate in job fairs and other career events

• Partner with the Digital team to support development of content needed to further SEO, SEM, and Web site development

• Manage relationships and optimize results from 3rd party job posting partners

Training & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required, focus in Marketing or demonstrated ability to meet job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience
