Job Summary:
As the VP of Pharmacy Solution Architecture, you will lead the strategic vision, design, and implementation of pharmacy platforms, systems, and integration solutions. This is a critical role that will shape the technology roadmap and systems infrastructure to support SelectRx's pharmacy services nationwide.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Driving the architecture strategy and design for pharmacy solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
- Overseeing integration, testing, deployment and ongoing operations of new pharmacy platforms and systems
- Establishing and enforcing standards and governance practices for pharmacy solution architecture
- Evaluating vendor products/services and providing technology recommendations to stakeholders
- Communicating architecture plans and advocating for investments with executives and leadership
- Maintaining expert knowledge of pharmacy industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory impacts
- Incorporating pharmacy best practices and compliance requirements into solution designs
Education and Experience:
- 10+ years solution architecture experience with 5+ years in healthcare/pharmacy domain
- Expertise in leading pharmacy technology platforms, systems and integration
- Strategic thinker able to translate business needs into innovative technology solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
