Job Summary:

SelectQuote is looking for a smart and resourceful Marketing Campaign Specialist to drive lead generation for SelectQuote lines of business: Life, Medicare and Auto & Home. Ultimately resulting in increased customers and revenue.

As the Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will support SelectQuote’s robust lifecycle marketing program through email and SMS communications. You will be responsible for building omni-channel campaigns, primarily email and SMS. The ideal candidate is someone who has marketing automation platform experience, an email/SMS marketing background, a desire to innovate, and can meet tight daily deadlines.

Essential Functions:

  • Build, test, and deploy Lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, SMS, workflows, analysis and reports, etc)
  • Create audience lists and segmentations in marketing automation platform to assist with campaign execution.
  • Own campaigns end-to-end and work closely with internal team(s) to ensure error-free campaign execution
  • Monitor email and SMS deliverability, engagement and other channel metrics
  • Identify ways marketing automation can increasingly support overall business objectives to maximize revenue and improve the experience for our leads and customers
  • Provide reports/analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective (ROI)
  • Daily client communication including status meetings, strategic discussions and evaluating reporting and analytics
  • Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations where appropriate

Training & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree. Preferred focus in Marketing, Communications, Business Analytics
  • Experience with email marketing, ideally having worked with an enterprise system (Iterable preferred, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Hubspot, etc)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JSON or Python
  • Proficient in MS Excel, vLookups, pivot tables, data deduping, and formatting
  • Some knowledge of database is essential
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
  • Understanding of analytics tools, funnel tracking, and performance metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with strong project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects, multiple channels and segments simultaneously in a cross-functional team
  • Understanding of the digital marketing and media landscape with a passion to continuously learn
