SelectRX is a high touch, technology-driven specialized medication management pharmacy. The Pharmacy Trainer is responsible for assisting with the training of SelectRx Pharmacy Employees on an initial and ongoing basis. The PharmacyTrainer will help with content development, supervising, training, coaching and developing the skills of new and existing pharmacy staff members. Training should help employees be prepared to meet production goals and objectives, ensure patient satisfaction, improve processes and techniques, and ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
