The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) for SelectQuote will establish, maintain and scale profitable partnerships within a very large and diverse marketplace. The SAE will prospect and onboard large business-to-business targets.

The SAE will understand and represent SelectQuote’s value proposition and will work closely with partners to understand their marketing strategies and optimize profitability. Prospects consist of other businesses that drive Medicare supplement (and other insurance) leads from their employer and customer populations. The SAE will work closely with the rest of the internal marketing team to hit aggressive performance targets and drive continued profitable for SelectQuote.

Essential Functions:

• Identify, evaluate and onboard new B2B partners. These will include, but are not limited to: pharmacies, hospitals, call centers, and all relevant healthcare companies

• Coordinate new integrations, campaign implementation and testing

• Monitor performance and analytics; ensure throughput/effectuation post go-live

• Thoroughly understand and document processes/settings for each partner in order to recognize opportunities to improve (transfer scripts, lead filters, caps, geographical mix, etc.)

• Maintain regular communication with all partners to review performance, set clear expectations and evaluate growth opportunities

• Help evolve product portfolio, including reporting dashboards

• Closely collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned and working together to hit performance targets

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

• Highly motivated, resourceful and self-directed; proficiency as a “hunter”

• Ability to be detailed oriented while seeing trends, themes, and macro-impacts

Training and Experience:

• 10+ years’ experience in business-to-business sales, or related field

• Documented track record of success in B2B sales

• 5+ years’ experience in healthcare industry preferred

• Directory of “decision making” contacts

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field

• Master’s degree preferred
