Job Summary:

The Sr Manager of Population Health Analytics is responsible for leadership and execution within our rapidly growing SelectRx division. will support process and analytics based decisions, data management, and project implementation. This role works closely with senior leaders to analyze how to maximize the company’s return on investment.

This position offers a unique opportunity with exposure to all aspects of the business unit. The ideal candidate will have experience working with business leaders, analyzing data to drive results, and building an Operations Analyst team.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop detailed, quantitative analysis associated with developing meaningful insights to business performance
  • Ability to evaluate unit and aggregate economics of marketing channels and recommend changes to current optimization strategy
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members to develop ad hoc reporting as needed to ensure each team has the data needed to hit KPI targets
  • Direct supervision of analysts and analytics process within the SelectRX division while providing direction on both process and outputs
  • Serve as subject matter expert and give business direction to the Data Science and Business Intelligence groups
  • Identify workflow/system improvements and present solutions to the management team.
  • Provide analytical support for best business practices across all company departments (Finance, Marketing, Sales, etc.).
  • Produce clear and concise presentations regarding projects and other assigned tasks.
  • Provide analysis for strategic initiatives through modeling and sensitivity tool usage.
  • Analyze company performance history to determine optimum levels of productivity, helping to minimize waste.

Training and Experience:

  • Strong academic record with a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in SQL and able to train others
  • A proven track record of success as an individual contributor or manager
  • 5+ Years of Healthcare, Marketing, Sales, Operational, or Financial analytics experience
