Job Summary:

As a SelectQuote Vertical Search media buyer, you are passionate about the ever changing digital media landscape. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about affiliate marketing, data driven, and highly analytical. This position is responsible for the execution and day-to-day management of all Vertical Search campaigns associated with the SelectQuote’s Senior division. SelectQuote is one of the country’s preeminent national insurance brokerages, with a rapidly expanding presence in the Medicare insurance space. This includes managing multiple campaigns across various platforms for all of SelectQuote’s senior facing brands. Campaigns are dedicated to generating high quality leads for a fast growing team of insurance agents while meeting aggressive marketing performance and ROI goals.


  • Day-to-day management of digital media platforms, including bid management, testing and targeting strategy
  • Ongoing focus on improving performance metrics while maximizing volume and overall opportunity
  • Manage and create testing plans for landing pages, ad copy, bid strategies and automation to maximize form conversion and improve cost per lead, cost per policy and revenue
  • Work with digital marketing analysts to evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations
  • Generate and analyze daily and monthly marketing reports as well as provide recommendations on strategies to optimize and improve performance
  • Participate as a thought-leader by sharing knowledge and best practices with the digital marketing team, division leadership and business unit teams
  • Collaborate with contacts within each partner network to ensure that SelectQuote objectives are clearly communicated and opportunity is maximized wherever possible

Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing or Business Administration or 4+ years of related experience
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing.
  • Familiar with digital lead generation industry preferred. Insurance-specific experience a plus.
