Job Summary:

This function will work closely with our IT Solutions team to understand and outline the cost associated with development projects in the pipeline. They will analyze the end-to-end development funnel as well as new development requests, to assign costs and priorities. They will help ensure the business is making informed decisions by providing assessment of backlogged tasks and guidance on what new projects are valuable to the division.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and assign cost estimates to all current and new IT initiatives
  • Work closely with the business across all divisions to ensure they are aware of all pending projects and costs associated
  • Assist in informing IT staffing needs by analyzing divisional backlogs and benefit to the business
  • Perform new business opportunity return on investment analysis including: tech costs, agent costs, contractual agreements, opportunity analysis & product cannibalization
  • Building presentations/reporting to share results and relaying analysis to senior leadership

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating abundant information accurately.
  • Familiarity with IT process: Waterfall, Agile, Rapid application Development
  • Ability to write reports.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Pro-active approach to tasks and ability to manage several projects simultaneously and in a timely manner

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
    • 2 - 3 years of experience working in a program/project management capacity
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
    • Experience with building and analyzing data sets

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
